British Group to Import China's Great Wall Motor Cars Into Europe from 2010


The Chinese maker of original masterpieces such as the Fiat Panda Haval M1, GWPeri, Toyota-Scion Florid and Coolbear, Great Wall Motors, has struck a deal with I.M. Group, a UK-based automotive importer and distributor for Subaru, Isuzu and Daihatsu, to import its vehicles into Europe starting from next year. The British company said that it will initially target the Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and from 2011, the Scandinavian region, the UK and Ireland.

General Motors has unveiled the 2010 Camaro SS Pace Car that will take part at next year's Indianapolis 500. The new model's Orange Metallic paint scheme with White Diamond rally stripes that stretch the length of the car, as well as extending to the instrument panel, pays homage to the second Camaro to pace the Indianapolis 500 in 1969.

New Limited Edition Kia Soul Ignition Hits US Showrooms


The second special edition Kia Soul to be offered in the States this year after the "Denim" is the "Ignition". 2011 Ford Mustang GT: More Info Leaks on 412HP 5.0L V8, Returns 25mpg


Journalists that attended a pre-Detroit show event on the new 2011 Ford Mustang GT have spilled more beans on the new 5.0-liter V8 engine that uses an aluminum block with cast-iron cylinder sleeves. We already knew that the eight-cylinder powerplant churns out 412 horsepower, but now, we've also learned that those ponies will be delivered at 6,500 rpm and that the new engine produces 390 lb-ft of torque, up from the current 4.6-liter V8's 315HP and 325 lb-ft.

Revised 2010 Mazda CX-7 Crossover with New Turbo


Mazda has announced that its facelifted CX-7 'Sports Crossover' will arrive in UK showrooms from November 1st with pricing set at £25,785 on-the-road. In Britain, the subtly refreshed CX-7 will be available as a single model powered by a new 2.2-litre turbocharged diesel engine that generates 173 horsepower and 400Nm of peak torque.

The automaker claims a 0-62mph (100km/h) sprint time of 11.3 seconds and a top speed of 124mph (199 km/h) with combined fuel economy of 37.7mpg UK (31.3mpg US or 7.5lt/100km).

Ford to Showcase an Array of 2010 Mustang Project Cars at 2009 SEMA


Being the most customized car in what Ford claims to be a $31.8 billion aftermarket industry in the U.S.A, the redesigned 2010 Mustang will be on the spotlight at this year's SEMA show which is being held Nov. 3-6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Ford released teaser renderings of eight different proposals based on the 2010 Mustang that it has developed in conjunction with several tuners like 3DCarbon and Steeda as well as one created by its own Vehicle Personalization divisions.
